Hilltown CDC
Hilltown CDC
Hilltown Community Development seeks to improve the quality of life for Hilltown residents by addressing economic, housing, education, social, and community needs while preserving the rural character of the area.
- We build and renovate homes and apartments for Hilltown families, seniors, veterans, and first-time homebuyers
- We make it possible for seniors to live in their Hilltown homes with assistance from the Hilltown Elder Network (HEN) and Health Outreach Program for Elders (HOPE)
- We offer childcare subsidies to families in need and help feed families through the Hilltown Food Pantry
- We provide low-cost van transportation to medical appointments and other destinations for seniors in five rural towns
- We strengthen small local businesses with workshops, networking, and marketing through our Hilltown Business Directory
- We stimulate the creative economy by showcasing the arts, music, and culture and offering educational programming
