Becket General Store & Restaurant

With the help of my supportive family, I purchased Becket General Store in 2011. We relocated to 3235 Main Street in February of 2017.  It’s a great pleasure to have such a unique business in the hub of the Berkshires.

We offer a Classic Liquor Store in the back portion of the property and a quaint restaurant and bar in the front. We strive to give our customers the feel of being in our home.

While designing the new location, we repurposed pieces of the original home’s history. By placing doors on the ceiling, we expressed our deep frustration that the world can sometimes feel upside down.

As a tribute to what we have, not what we don’t, the pennies in the counters represent good fortune.

The stone pillars show us how to build slowly from the bottom to get the strongest foundation to hold the weight.
